These seminars successfully target the questions most often asked by RTO managers, training coordinators and compliance officers. Seminar 1 - The RTO Manager's 'Toolkit' - 4 hours - $295
In simple terms, the AQTF Essential Standards are a quality assurance system for the training industry. It differs from some of the early quality assurance concepts in that the business is obligated to ‘live and breathe’ continuous improvement.
Topics include:
- Effective liaison / contact with stakeholders
- Recording, collating and acting on stakeholder feedback
- Continuous improvement, corrective action, opportunity for improvement
- Linking continuous improvement to each of the three AQTF Standards
- Trainer and Assessor qualifications / requirements according to the AQTF
- Compliance requirements to trainers and assessors

Seminar 2 - Training and Assessment 'Toolkit' - 4 hours - $295
Training packages listed on the National Training Information Service (NTIS) have a life of 5 years. That means your training and assessment must be updated to align with the new package at least every 5 years. RTO mangers can be intimidated by the idea of writing a new training program, but it doesn't need to be an onerous task.
With out doubt, grasping the principles of assessment validation and moderation are among the most challenging for RTO managers, trainers and assessors. It is however, one of those subjects where 'once the penny drops', you wonder what all the confusion was about.

- The history and evolution of Training Packages and the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF)
