Our RTO registration process is comprehensive and structured to streamline this sometimes challenging exercise. TBS Consulting will provide support services from you initial decision to become an RTO through to your registration on the National Training Information Service.

Our SET FEE policy in designed to help with your budget and financial planning. You and your team will work closely with Richard Turner to complete the registration process. Richard will evaluate your assessment strategies, human resource requirements, data base system and much more. Importantly, Richard's goal is to coach and empower your team to achieve a business culture of continuous improvement and professional development. The ongoing viability and sustained growth of our clients is foremost in the business philosophy of TBS Consulting. We will work together at your premises on three (3) occasions for two (2) days on each occasion.
Assessment Resources
Writing assessment tools and resources and/or evaluating and validating assessments and resources to ensure compliance can be particularly challenging.
It is often difficult to compare 'apples with apples' when you are seeking to purchase and/or develop assessment material. Richard Turner will work with your to determine the most appropriate strategy.
Moving Forward
As soon as you decide to move forward we can develop a mutually agreed timelines and a project plan. Once your application is submitted to the your regulating authority the time line for your initial audit and registration
begins. We should allow an average of 10 to 12 weeks until the audit is booked.
The work we need to do together can be achieved within this time frame which means we will have everything ready for the auditors when they arrive.
