Richard has been the key note speaker at a number of industry forums
Richard designed, developed and presented Professional Development seminars to assist and support VET practitioners
Highly Recommended - Queensland - Australian Achievers Award for Excellence in Customer Service, 2008.
Richard designed, developed and registered Australia's first Nationally Accredited self defense training course; 30602QLD Course in Tactical Self Defense (Operator) registered with the Department of Education, Training and the Arts in Queensland.
Richard has provided training services, guidance and coaching to dozens of corporate clients including registered training organisations, major retailers, licensed clubs, government agencies and private enterprises throughout Australia.
He is acknowledged for his contribution to a Security Risk Management Body of Knowledge (SRMBOK) commissioned by Jakeman Business Solutions and the Risk Management Institute of Australia (RMIA).
Richard managed 114 Spectator Services staff during the Olympic Soccer Tournament held in Brisbane as part of the Sydney 2000 Olympics - the best Olympics ever!
During 1996 Richard established one of Brisbane's first specialist security industry training organisations. This training business has grown to become Queensland's largest privately owned security industry training provider.
